Do you need help applying for a permit through Development Direct? Would you like our staff to help you through the process at our Development Direct kiosk?
We are happy to help you navigate our online application and payment processes. Please make an appointment to meet with a staff member at the kiosk. We will schedule an hour of our time to help you:
- Scan drawings (no larger than 11x17)
- Navigate the online application and permit screens
- Separate your existing .PDF file into separate pages
- Rename your .PDF files so you can submit your application
- Upload your .PDF files
Are you scheduling an appointment for a Septic Permit? If so, please know that they are available by appointment only and should any questions arise during your kiosk appointment, they would be unavailable for assistance or questions.

- As of Feb. 1, 2022, making an appointment for the Development Direct kiosk reserves the kiosk for your use and allows us to provide the quality of service that every customer needs and deserves.
