- Before your appointment, you'll need to fill out the appropriate form.
- If you have a Ten Year Passport that is less then five years after expiration date, you will renew by mail only on your own.
- We renew only Ten Year Passports that are over five years after expiration date.
- Arrive on time for your appointment with completed applications. If you arrive late — or applications are not complete — you will be asked to reschedule.
- Please bring photo ID for anyone 16 and over. WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY!. (there are 2 separate fees please read the fee schedule)
- If using an out of state ID, you will need two pieces of ID.

PLEASE CHECK CLACKAMAS COUNTY MAIN PAGE FOR ANY CLOSURES DUE TO WEATHER! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR APPLICATION IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT AS WE CAN NO LONGER CROSS OUT INFORMATION. ANY ERRORS WILL RESULT IN YOU HAVING TO REFILL THE APPLICATION. THIS COULD CAUSE YOU TO HAVE TO RESCHEDULE.
If no appointments are available, we are booked for the week. Please check back Friday morning for new appointments. One application per 15-minute time slot (e.g., three applications would need three appointments).
